This plan is developed to develop the 3-year financial and strategic plan to drive membership growth and retention.
This will include a full P&L (modified accrual basis) proforma forecast for the next 3 years and serves as a baseline for budget preparation.
This plan will include agreed documented assumptions on all current revenue sources, growth and retention assumptions, and expense assumptions.
