Built by a CEO Who’s Been in Your Seat
1 to 100 Advisors was founded by
DJ Muller, a technology entrepreneur who has built, scaled, and sold multiple software companies.
During his years as a CEO, DJ experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to run a company without clear visibility into key metrics.
Important business data often lived in different systems, reports took hours to prepare, and answering basic questions about performance required piecing together information from multiple sources.
Like many CEOs, he wanted a
single, clear view of the business.
So he built the platform he wished he had as a CEO.
A Proven Track Record
Earlier in his career, DJ founded WebLink International, raised venture capital, and grew the company into the leading membership platform for chambers of commerce and associations.
Today the WebLink platform (now part of Momentive Software) is used by thousands of organizations nationwide, supporting millions of businesses.
That experience shaped the vision behind

Throughout his career, DJ has had the opportunity to work alongside and learn from exceptional leaders.
At WebLink International, the company’s board and advisors included experienced CEOs and executives who had led publicly traded companies and major technology organizations.
In addition, DJ worked closely with leading venture capital and private equity firms during multiple growth and transaction events.
These experiences provided a unique opportunity to observe how world-class leaders evaluate performance, make strategic decisions, and guide organizations through growth.
Those lessons strongly influenced the philosophy behind the CEO Operating System™ — a platform designed to give modern CEOs the clarity and visibility needed to lead effectively.
